I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and a proud member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, family dynamics and childhood concerns as well as men’s issues. As an LMFT - A, I have training working with individuals as well as specialized experience working with couples, families, and children. I tell my clients that my job is not to tell them how to live their life, my job is to work with them to identify and overcome the obstacles in their way. I received my Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from our Lady of the Lake University in 2025 and my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University in 2023.

I do several things different from a stereotypical therapist. First, I will not talk down to you or pretend I know everything. I think of therapy as combining my therapeutic experience with my client’s life experience. Second, I like to incorporate your unique strengths into the session. If you don’t like sitting in an office, we can go for a walk on my office building’s private outdoor walking track. If you best relate using song lyrics, let’s pull up the songs to discuss how they relate to your life. An important thing to know about me is that I want therapy to be an emotionally uplifting experience. Sometimes difficult conversations are necessary; however I don’t believe in forcing those conversations before you are ready and that can take preparation. I also go above and beyond to respect my client’s autonomy and privacy so that collaborating with other professionals like primary care doctors or psychiatrists does not add extra stress to your life.

I specialize in working with families with children (Grades K-12) and young adults (Ages 18-25) but am happy to work with anyone who would like to make a change in their life.
