At Acquiring Hope Counseling, we are committed to creating a welcoming and accessible environment for people of all abilities. Our building is ADA compliant, with a ramp-accessible entrance on the back side of the building, elevator access to our floor, and step-free pathways throughout the space.
The building includes accessible restrooms, wide hallways and doorways, and comfortable seating options to support a range of mobility and sensory needs. For accessible parking, we recommend parking in the back of the building, where designated spaces are available.
If you have specific accessibility needs or would like to request an accommodation, we encourage you to reach out. We’re happy to work with you to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

At the front desk in the lobby, you will find our friendly security guard, Abe. He is here to ensure that everyone in the building remains safe and can find their way around.
Abe is not affiliated with law enforcement and will not question you about your reasons for coming to see us.
If you have any concerns, please feel free to reach out.
We know that now is a scary time and if you would prefer, you can request that your therapist meets you in the lobby to escort you up to the office.
